Q: Where do I find my links/favorites bar?

A: The links bar, also known as 'favorites bar' or 'bookmark bar' on a Mac, can typically be found under the VIEW menu of your browser.
Once you've got it, drag the links below into the links bar.

Note for Windows users: You may not be able drag these links into your links bar. If that is the case, try this:

  1. Right-click on the 'LiNKY THiS!' link below and choose 'Add to Favorites...'
  2. From the browser menu, select 'Favorites' > 'Organize Favorites...'
  3. Move the link into the 'Links' folder.

The link will now appear in your links bar.

Drag these links into your favorites/bookmarks bar.

Q: How can I keep my links out of the 'most recent links' list?
A: If you don't wish to share your links with other LiNKYers, check the 'private' button when LiNKYing.
Note: you can change the privacy status of a link at any time by clicking the "edit" link next to the link name in your links list.
Q: How do I associate a single link with multiple categories?
A: There are two ways:
  1. When you LiNKY something, enter multiple category names, existing or new, in the category field separated by commas.
  2. Click the "edit" link next to the link name in your links list, and add (or remove) categories, being sure to separate each category with a comma.
Q: How can I change a link's name?
A: You can change a link's name by clicking the "edit" link next to the link's name in your links list.
Enter a new name in the name field and click "save".
Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: You can have your password retreived and emailed to you by clicking Help Page.
Your password will be emailed to you at the email address on file for your user name.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: You can change your password accessing your Account Tools page.
You must be logged in to view this page and know your current password.
